Complete confidentiality protecting patient, physician, and facility records is essential in effective review services. The PSRC of America, Inc., maintains strict confidentiality, including a careful monitoring of staff and a continual updating of policies and procedures.

Every employee and consultant is required to sign a confidentiality statement attesting to the privacy of patient, physician, facility and client data. Release of any data or information other than to the client's designated contacts, either by written or oral means, is strictly prohibited. In fact, the PSRC has gained the respect of providers for knowledgeable and objective reviews based on the corporate mission of integrity and confidentiality of all services provided.
