Wielk is chief operating officer of the PSRC, responsible to its Board of Directors. She directs and oversees development and marketing efforts, positions the organization for the national and global marketplace, and undertakes policies and procedures to meet the program objectives of the PSRC's public, corporate and private clients.<br> <br> Ms. Wielk has extensive experience in the health care management setting.
